Product Information

Our skin is our largest digestive organ. We care about every component of our products and choose those that are truly beneficial to our skin. We do not use petroleum products or mineral oil for this reason. Our intent is to produce excellent products from the best ingredients the nature has to offer. We strongly encourage you read our product labels, as well as labels of any other bath and body products that you purchase. We make our products by hand in small batches to ensure the best quality. While we maintain a strict formula, occasionally the same product may show a natural variation in color. This slight variation does not affect the quality of our products.

We recommend that lotions and scrubs to be used within six months of purchase to ensure the best quality since we use the finest natural ingredients and minimal preservatives in our products. Soaps generally have a shelf life of one year. In general, it is a good idea to store all products in a cool, dry place and kept them out of direct sunlight.

With any new product you try, we recommend you patch test our products by applying a small amount on hand or neck for a few minutes. If area is irritated, discontinue use and rinse with water. We gladly accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

 

Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D., personal checks, or money orders.

 

Shipping methods and charges

Our shipping carrier is Federal Express, USPS, and FedEx Ground.

We are proud to provide a flat shipping rate of $5 for ground shipping (5-7 business days). For orders $75 and over, standard ground shipping is on us.

We also provide express service. Additional shipping charges are as follows:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) $5, free with purchase $75 and over
Express (3 business days) add an additional $10.00 to standard shipping cost
Next Day Air (2 business days) add an additional $15.00 to standard shipping cost

We do not ship outside the continental U.S. at this time.

APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange an item, we gladly accept the returns upon receiving your items within 60 days from the date of purchase.  For our bookkeeping purposes and for fast service, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt with any return. We regret that we are do not refund shipping and handling charges.
